We highly encourage responses from Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned (WOSB/EDWOSB), and Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB/VOSB) firms.</p> <p><strong>1.&nbsp; Background</strong></p> <p>1.1 Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Command Information Office (CIO) requires Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) and Electronic Security Systems (ESS) maintenance and engineering support for network modernization, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and cloud migration efforts.</p> <p>1.2&nbsp;The work requires two key personnel on-site:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Senior Systems Engineer:</strong>&nbsp;Must possess extensive experience in network engineering and hold valid CCNP Enterprise and CISSP certifications.</li> <li><strong>Electronics Technician:</strong>&nbsp;Must possess hands-on experience with radio systems and hold a valid CompTIA Security+ certification.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)</strong></p> <p>2.1. The proposed NAICS code is 541513 &ndash; Computer Facilities Management Services, with a Small Business Size Standard as $37.0 in millions of dollars.</p> <p><strong>3.&nbsp; Submission Requirements: </strong></p> <p>3.1.
