La Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois (SNCFL) projette la construction d’un nouveau poste d’aiguillage. Comme la capacité du poste d’aiguillage existant s’avère insuffisante lors des extensions et transformations dans la section sud-ouest du réseau ferré, les CFL prévoient la construction d’un nouveau poste d’aiguillage moderne à Pétange.
