The Level 3 Change Management Consultant will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and expert advice to shape the team’s structure, capabilities, and operating model. This includes delivering best practices and hands-on support to design and implement a comprehensive change management framework that enables successful adoption of transformation initiatives under the MPMS digital modernization mandate.
