Tender summary
Invercargill City Council (ICC) are looking to introduce Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) parking enforcement technology to improve parking accessibility and safety for our officers. We are looking to procure a cost-effective LPR system that can be used to undertake parking enforcement within Invercargill, mounted on a vehicle and integrated with handheld enforcement devises. Alongside the camera equipment, a suitable infringement issuing and reporting system needs to be in place that integrates with our current systems. Suppliers must have an NZ based operations team, who will manage ongoing service levels and have a track record of providing parking infringement and enforcement solutions for Councils.
