<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for&nbsp;Commercial Products&nbsp;prepared in accordance with the format in&nbsp;FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp; The solicitation number is&nbsp;W912TF-26-Q-A013&nbsp;and is issued as a&nbsp;Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through&nbsp;Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. This requirement is&nbsp;100% set-aside for Small Business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The Government contemplates the award of a&nbsp;Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)&nbsp;contract resulting from this solicitation.</p> <p>Tactical Shelter Systems for Military Vehicles:</p> <p><strong><u>CLIN 0001 Shelter System (HMMWV M1097), QTY 6 EA</u></strong>:&nbsp;Attaches directly to the cargo bed/superstructure. Enclosed footprint of 200 to 500 sq. ft. Modular capability to host/weather-seal with up to two (2) additional tactical HMMWVs OR securely connect with one (1) adjacent LMTV or MTV 1083 platform.</p> <p><strong><u>CLIN 0002 Shelter System (LMTV M1078), QTY 3 EA:</u></strong>&nbsp;Attaches directly to the existing bows/frame. Enclosed footprint of 300 to 700 sq. ft. Modular capability to securely connect and weather-seal with up to two (2) adjacent platforms (specifically HMMWV M1097/M1152 and MTV 1083).</p> <p><strong><u>CLIN 0003 Shelter System (MTV M1083), QTY 3 EA:</u></strong>&nbsp;Attaches directly to the existing bows/frame. Enclosed footprint of 450 to 900 sq. ft. Modular capability to securely connect and weather-seal with up to two (2) adjacent platforms (specifically HMMWV M1097/M1152 and LMTV).</p> <p>General Requirements Applicable to All CLINs (0001 - 0003):<br /> The Contractor shall provide tactical shelter systems that serve as complete, weather-resistant covers and operational extensions during transport and stationary operations.</p> <ul> <li>Deployment &amp; Displacement:&nbsp;Must utilize an integrated deployment frame mechanism permanently attached to the shelter fabric for rapid setup. Must feature a rapid-release capability allowing the shelter to be secured for transport in under ten (10) minutes. Must secure in a configuration that strictly maintains the driver&rsquo;s rear-view and side-view visibility.</li> <li>Material &amp; Environmental:&nbsp;Fabricated from high-tenacity, PVC-laminated polyester or poly-cotton duck fabric in&nbsp;OD Green, meeting&nbsp;MIL-SPEC standards&nbsp;for tensile strength, visual/near-infrared blackout capability, and flame resistance. Must feature two (2) integrated climate control ports/ducting interfaces for ECUs and an integrated interior lighting system.</li> </ul> <p>Evaluation Criteria:<br /> Award will be made in accordance with the&nbsp;Addendum to FAR 52.212-2&nbsp;included in this notice. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions.</p> <p>RFI &amp; Submission Instructions:<br /> All RFIs must be sent to the Contacts listed in this solicitation&nbsp;NLT 23APR2026 at 1700 (5:00 PM) EST. Based on the RFIs received, the Government may extend the solicitation response date.</p>
