This intended contract<br /> will cover MetaVR VRSG Software License Renewal.<br /> The anticipated award date is 11 May 2026<br /> Pursuant to FAR Overhaul 6.103-1(c)(2)(ii), this requirement is a follow-on<br /> acquisition for the continued support and upgrade of highly specialized<br /> software currently fielded by the USAFE AFAFRICA Warfare Center located<br /> in Einsiedlerhof, 67661 GERMANY. Upon receipt of any<br /> such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to<br /> conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source action.<br /> Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the<br /> Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon<br /> responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
