The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for analyses for professional evaluation of humanities and social sciences (humsam) 2026-30. The aim of the professional evaluations is to provide a comprehensive picture of the quality of Norwegian research, framework conditions and the relevant society in research.
