Tender summary

NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board and NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board are seeking qualified and experienced providers for the provision of delivering Adult and Children & Young People (CYP) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Service(s). The services are to be delivered across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) is conducting a Direct Award Process B (DAP B) exercise as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner(s). The DAP B exercise will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR). As a result of this Process, the ICB(s) intend to award zero volume, zero value contract(s) to all successful providers. While there is no guarantee of activity, we will be issuing Indicative Activity Plan (IAPs). Successful provider(s) will be awarded with a contract for a period of 12 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 12 months + 12 months.
