<p>The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis Minnesota is issuing solicitation FA6633-26-Q-0003 for RFQ on a Firm-Fixed Price contract for, B822 Repair Engine Shop Floors, at Minneapolis-St Paul ARS.</p> <p>Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost</p> <p>This solicitation package calls for Requests for Quote (RFQ) electronically and paper copies are not available. The entire Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for additional or updated documents and subsequent amendments. The following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe).</p> <p>This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside.</p> <p>Magnitude of acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000.</p> <p>Work to be performed within NAICS 238330 &ldquo;Flooring Contractors&rdquo; and the size standard is $19 million. The PSC/FSC Code is Z2JZ, &ldquo;Repair or Alternation of Miscellaneous Buildings&rdquo;. The NAICS is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. Work to be included in this project consists of:</p> <p><em>DESCRIPTION OF WORK:</em></p> <p>Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of this Statement of Work, Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: &ldquo;Sustain Engine Shop Floors, B822&rdquo; at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota</p> <p>The government intends to hold a site visit. On Thursday April 23, 2026 at 09:00 AM (CST)</p> <p>All attendees must be pre-approved for access to the facility. There are no exceptions. Contact Jessica Ferris at jessica.ferris.5@us.af.mil for an Entry Access List (EAL).</p> <p>Telephone requests for plans will not be honored. Plans and specifications are available for examination in the attachments section of this posting. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain all necessary updates/amendments from SAM.GOV</p> <p>All contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database &ndash; www.sam.gov and have completed the on-line Representations and Certifications to be eligible to receive award and be registered for the applicable NAICS Code 238330.
