Update, 3/4/26: The FAA is attaching a second Questions and Answers file (file: "ChBA Phase 1_QA_Part2_2026-03-04") along with an updated Phase 1 Announcement (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Announcement_Update_2026-03-04") which replaces the prior version.
