<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.&nbsp; The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.&nbsp; The Government intends to solicit with <strong>Denkei Corporation Americas for calibrated Anderometer electronics including Anderon analyzer and Anderon Calibrator, with auxiliary components. </strong>The NAICS code is <strong><u>334519</u></strong> and the Business Standard is <strong><u>600</u></strong>.</p> <p>The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20251110.&nbsp; SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS.</p> <p>Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement no later than <strong>4/29/26, 12PM EST</strong>.&nbsp; This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.&nbsp; However, all responses received by <strong>4/29/26 </strong>will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.&nbsp; Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.&nbsp; All responses shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size, and payment terms.
