This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.</p> <p>The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the acquisition of items listed in Section B - Contract Line Items (CLINS). The CDC will select the quote that is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated priced. Please either fill in the dollar amounts or provide a separate excel spreadsheet containing the same information including a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure, and options, if applicable.</p>
