<p>This is a sole source requirement for the repair of the following:&nbsp;<br /> Nomenclature: MOTOR-PUMP, HYDRAULIC<br /> NSN: 1650012246682<br /> Part Number: 70550-02046-106<br /> FMS Case: AT-P-GXO<br /> Critical Application Item (CAI)&nbsp;<br /> Qty: 1<br /> This solicitation is for the repair of 1 unit of National Stock Number (NSN) 1650012246682.<br /> Induction Period<br /> The induction period for the initial units in this order is 365 calendar days from the date of contract award. The&nbsp;<br /> Government reserves the right to extend this period by an additional 730 days, for a total of two years. Any&nbsp;<br /> unused induction slots from the initial year may be carried over into the second year.<br /> Pricing and Options<br /> The contractor shall propose option pricing for a maximum of 1 unit over the entire contract period, inclusive of&nbsp;<br /> the initial quantity. If pricing will change after the first 365 days, please provide separate pricing for the second&nbsp;<br /> year.<br /> Contract Award<br /> The Government reserves the right to place the initial order for any number of units up to the specified&nbsp;<br /> maximum. For threshold purposes, the total contract value will be calculated by multiplying the highest&nbsp;<br /> proposed unit price by the maximum number of units.<br /> NAVUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis under an already&nbsp;<br /> established BOA.<br /> The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with&nbsp;<br /> other than the current source. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade&nbsp;<br /> Agreements. (FAR 52.225-3).<br /> One or more of the items under this acquisition are subject to the World Trade Organization Government&nbsp;<br /> Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. (FAR 52.225-5)<br /> These items require Government Source Approval prior to the award. The time required for approval of a new&nbsp;<br /> source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
