<p>Improve Sub-Basement Plumbing and Air Quality Project 541-24-103<br /> This project replaces lift pumps, sump pumps, pits and other plumbing deficiencies in the sub-basement of the main&nbsp;medical center. Project also addresses air quality issues resulting from building expansion that has limited fresh&nbsp;air flow through the sub-basement. Ongoing projects have impeded egress, lighting and ventilation of the area.</p> <p>Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the Improve Sub-Basement Plumbing&nbsp;and Air Quality project at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106.</p> <p>Period of Performance is 251 Calendar Days. The project magnitude for the project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000<br /> The NAICS code for this project is 238220. The business size standard is $19 million.</p> <p>The Contractor Certification for VAAR 852.219-75 is required to be completed and submitted with the bid. Failure to&nbsp;provide the completed Contractor Certification for VAAR 852.219-75 shall deem non-responsive and the bid will not be&nbsp;considered.</p> <p>All work shall be coordinated with the Veteran Affairs (VA)Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer&#39;s&nbsp;Representative (COR).<br /> All Bidders/Offerors shall insert bid(s) in the appropriate block(s) on the attached sheet titled &quot;SF 1442 Block 17&nbsp;Continuation on page 6.&quot; Bid(s) will be evaluated on price.</p> <p>Site Visit and place of performance is at Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH&nbsp;44106. An organized site visit will be conducted &ndash; see solicitation attachment titled &quot;SITE VISIT INFORMATION&quot;.</p> <p>Cut-off date and time to submit Requests for Information (RFI) is 04-30-2026 at 2:30 PM EST. RFIs shall be emailed to&nbsp;Stanley Burdine at stanley.burdine@va.gov.</p> <p>This project is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All bidders must be&nbsp;verified in VetCert and registered in SAM at the time of the offer due date and the time of award to be eligible for&nbsp;award.
