<p>The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) proposes to enter into a contract with Illumina, Inc. in San Diego, California, on a basis of <strong>other than full and open competition</strong>. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested, the Government shall consider capability statements.</p> <p>This requirement is for a base year contract with 2 options years, with pricing across all years. Comprehensive full-service maintenance/repair plan for Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus , S/N SH00683. One year support plan must include at a minimum:</p> <ul> <li>Full coverage for OEM parts and labor/travel for OEM certified and authorized service technicians.</li> <li>No-cost replacement of proprietary reagents lost upon hardware failure.</li> <li>One on-site preventative maintenance (PM) visit done IAW OEM standards/requirements by OEM certified and authorized service technician(s).</li> <li>Remote technical support from OEM certified and authorized service technician(s). This support must be available for a minimum of 0600 – 1800, Monday – Friday.</li> <li>On-site response by OEM certified and authorized service technician(s) within two business days of an issue with the hardware’s performance.</li> <li>Control software and hardware updates IAW OEM standards/requirements.</li> <li>On-site applications support and remote monitoring.</li> <li>Discounts on advanced training for laboratory/operator personnel.</li> </ul> <p>The NAICS code for this action is 811210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with the SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offers must have a Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI).
