<p>This is a <strong>SOLICITATION NOTICE</strong> for the upcoming Solicitation <strong>75H701-26-R-</strong><strong>00022 </strong>Heat Exchanger Replacement &amp; Boiler System Repairs in Belcourt, ND, Rolette County, a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS).</p> <p><strong>SCOPE OF WORK:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>The project defined within this scope of work will cover the following: replacement of the hospital&rsquo;s two domestic water heating systems; replacement of boiler system isolation valves; replacement of boiler pump&rsquo;s triple duty valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc; laser align and grout in pumps; replace gate valves and site glasses on boiler expansion tanks; replace boiler and breaching flue gaskets; replace boiler burners; and upgrade and replace controls on boiler room make up air unit and exhaust fan. The new hot water heating systems shall be designed and sized by a mechanical engineer licensed in the state of North Dakota.</p> <p><strong>LOCATION OF PROJECT: </strong>All work shall be performed near the following:</p> <p>This project is at the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Facility, in Belcourt, ND.</p> <p><strong>PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: </strong>Period of Performance is 180 calendar days from date of notice of proceed.</p> <p><strong>CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: </strong>The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000</p> <p><strong>SITE VISIT:</strong><strong> </strong>29 April 2026 at 11:00AM CT (L.6) unless changed by an Amendment</p> <p><strong>PROPOAL DUE DATE</strong>: 21 May 2026 at 2:00PM PST, unless changed by an Amendment</p> <p><strong>CONTRACT TYPE</strong>: IHS intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement.</p> <p>This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.</p> <p>This project will be solicited as 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million.
