<p>1. This pre-solicitation notice is in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting quotes or proposals at this time.</p> <p>2. Description:</p> <p>The 60th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at TAFB requires a HVAC Air Handler Replacement. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove and replace old Carrier air handler unit with a new AHU unit with estimated 3,500CFM capacity to meet the heat/cool load requirements desired.</p> <p>See Statement of Work for full requirement details.</p> <p>3. Procedures for Award:</p> <p>The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. The award basis is anticipated to include Past performance and Price.
