La présente mise en concurrence s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet d'infogérance du CNES nommé SYMPUL. SYMPUL 4 / lot 4 a pour objet de sélectionner le futur Titulaire de l'Accord-cadre composite (comprenant une part forfaitaire et une part à marchés subséquents) relatif aux prestations de MCO/MCS et TMA des applicatifs SAP pour 7 ans (2027-2034). Cette première phase vise tout d'abord à sélectionner les candidats qui seront invités à soumettre une offre lors d'une seconde phase.
