La consultation est lancée par Appel d'Offres Ouvert en application des articles L 2121-2, R 2124-2 1° et R 2161-2 à R 2161-5 du CCP. La consultation fait l'objet d'un allotissement défini comme suit : -Lot n°1 - Fourniture et maintenance d'un système radio et de géolocalisation de la Direction de la Sûreté -Lot n°2 - Maintenance et assistance du système d'alerte PPMS Ces deux lots donneront lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre à prix mixtes avec une partie forfaitaire et une partie unitaire sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel pour chacun des lots de 30 000 euro(s) HT. Les accords-cadres prennent effet à compter de la notification du contrat au titulaire
