All required supporting documentation and offers must be submitted by Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide Emergency Diesel Generator maintenance services as mentioned within the annex Statement of Work attached herein. A mandatory site visit will be held at 300 Laurier Avenue, W on Wednesday April 29, 2026, at 10:30 EST. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 16:00 EST, to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
