<p>This new contract action is an individual sole source justification in accordance with RFO 12.102. This is an acquisition of STARLIMS Bronze Annual Maintenance Plan from:</p> <p>STARLIMS Corporation<br /> 4000 Hollywood Blvd, Suite 333 S<br /> Hollywood, FL 33021<br /> United States<br /> Tel: (954) 964-8663<br /> Fax: (954) 964-8113</p> <p>This procurement will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) award with a one year base contract with four option years as&nbsp;follows:</p> <p>Base Maintenance Term: 06/01/2026 - 05/31/2027</p> <p>Option Year 1: 1 June 2027 through 31 May 2028</p> <p>Option Year 2: 1 June 2028 through 31 May 2029</p> <p>Option Year 3: 1 June 2029 through 31 May 2030</p> <p>Option Year 4: 1 June 2030 through 31 May 2031</p> <p><br /> Please see the Justification and Approval document attached to this posting for additional details.</p> <p><br /> This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available at this time. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required supplies/services by 30 April 2026 at 12PM EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.</p> <p><br /> Col(S) Paul W. Tinker has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Existence of the Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer. Accordingly, the Ombudsman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations, the evaluation of proposals or the source selection process and, therefore, for routine matters on individual solicitations, please contact the buyer at the telephone number listed herein.
