<p>1. The 928th Contracting Battalion, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, intends to issue a solicitation for Repair Transformer Station 9, Range 301 in support of USAG Bavaria located in Grafenwoehr, Germany. This requirement will be solicited as a full and open competition under NAICS 238210. The forthcoming solicitation will be issued under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures, as applicable. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 15 April 2026 and closing it on 14 May 2026, following the required pre-solicitation posting period in accordance with FAR 5.101.</p> <p>2. FIRM FIXED PRICE CONSTRUCTION (NON-COMMERCIAL)</p> <p> Product Service Code : Z2JZ<br /> North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) : 238210</p> <p>3. Authorization to Perform Services in Germany. The quoter (prime contractor) must be registered or authorized to do business in Germany (such as the Handelsregister, Gewerbe-Anmeldung, or equivalent) (see also Paragraph entitled Authorization to Perform Work in Germany in the General Preamble of the Specification). A copy of this registration or authorization must be provided prior to award of the purchase order. English translations of the documents are not required by this provision.</p> <p>4. All quotations must be submitted in Euro.</p>
