<p><strong>Change 4/15/26 - Due date discrepancy in RFI attachment has been updated to match due date on SAM.gov of 5/4/26.</strong></p> <p><strong>Estimated quantity over the life of the contract is also clarified.</strong></p> <p></p> <p>The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing design-build solutions for Tier 2 Gooseneck Mobile Command Post Vehicle (MCPV) Trailer systems. The anticipated requirement will support a wide range of mission-critical operations requiring rapidly deployable mobile command, control, communications, and computing (C4) capabilities.</p> <p>The Government is considering a performance-based acquisition approach under a potential Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The MCPV systems are expected to be self-contained, highly mobile platforms integrating advanced communications technologies (including satellite, RF, and cellular), onboard power generation, and configurable workspace to support approximately 15&ndash;20 workstations.</p> <p>This RFI seeks industry input on:</p> <ul> <li>Technical capabilities and innovative design approaches</li> <li>Integration of communications, power, and vehicle systems</li> <li>Production capacity and delivery timelines</li> <li>Lifecycle sustainment and support strategies</li> <li>Recommended contract structure and performance metrics</li> </ul> <p>The Government is particularly interested in solutions that emphasize modularity, scalability, interoperability, and long-term maintainability.</p> <p>This notice is issued for <strong>information and planning purposes only</strong> and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this RFI and will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing a response.</p>
