ALTERATION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING WILL INCLUDE FUNCTIONAL REPAIRS, ROOF, LIGHTNING PROTECTION, EXTERIOR ENVELOPE, FIRE PROTECTION, AND HVAC SYSTEMS. SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION WILL INCLUDE VEHICLE EXHAUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND AUTOMATED ROLL DOORS. NEW CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES SLEEPING QUARTERS, ADMINISTRATIVE, STORAGE, AND EQUIPMENT SUPPORT AREAS AND AN APPARATUS BAY.THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 236220 WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000. THE TARGET PRICE RANGE FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $7,000,000 AND $9,000,000.A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for 10 APRIL 2026 at 2:00pm local time.
