FY26 BOMBER AGILE COMMON HANGAR - TINKER AIR FORCE BASE (TAFB), OK TULSA DISTRICT HAS BEEN TASKED TO SOLICIT FOR AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 4-DOCKHANGAR AT TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. THIS WILL BE SOLICITED AS A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT PROCURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 15, NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, USING THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF PROCESS. THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE PROCESS MEANS THAT A PORTION OF TECHNICAL PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE FIRST AND EVALUATED. BY AMENDMENT, REQUESTS FOR PRICING AND SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION WILL SUPPORT THE FINAL EVALUATION. IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS 236.204(F) DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, THE ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $250,000,000 AND $500,000,000.
