<p>In accordance with 38 U.S.C &sect; 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs.</p> <p><br /> The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel, and shall do all things<br /> necessary, that will result in the completion of the Modernize Elevators construction project, in accordance with the<br /> attached specifications and drawings and all pertinent solicitation documents.</p> <p><br /> This project is located at:<br /> VA Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS)<br /> 3600 30th Street<br /> Des Moines, Iowa 50310-5753</p> <p><br /> VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.<br /> NAICS Code 238290 and PSC Code J035 - <strong>The PSC has been revised since the posting of the Pre-Solicitaion.</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><br /> Contractor is required to fill in Unique Identifier in Block No. 14 on Standard Form (SF) 1442.</p> <p><br /> PLEASE NOTE: The Contractor agrees to attend any Post Award Conference convened by the contracting activity or contract<br /> administration office in order to ensure congruent expectations on contract requirements.<br /> Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties<br /> outside of the one year warranty period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 Warranty of Construction<br /> shall be omitted and not considered for development of the proposal.</p> <p><br /> A site visit has been scheduled, please review site visit information within this solicitation.</p>
