The structure must include a minimum 10-foot by 10-foot overhead door to accommodate UTV/ATVs with trailers. This structure may be a shed with a roll up door placed in parking lot or adjacent to the facility.</li> </ul> <p><em>Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
