<p>Update 15 April 2026.</p> <p>The Regional Contracting Office has uploaded the final version of the Solicitaion. Please note that no changes were made to the draft.</p> <p></p> <p>_________________________________________________________________________</p> <p>The Regional Contracting Office at USAG Wiesbaden, Germany, is issuing a Draft Solicitation for a competitive, hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Material (T&M) contract for the procurement of Maintenance and Repair of Emergency Alarm Systems throughout USAG Wiesbaden.</p> <p>The contract will consist of one (1) base year and two (2) 12-month option years. The anticipated performance start date is <strong>31 May 2026</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Submission Information:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>All responses are due:</strong> 27 April 2026 at 10:00 AM Central European Time</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>All questions are due:</strong> 21 April 2026 at 4:00 PM Central European Time. Questions must be submitted via email to the points of contact listed below</p> </li> </ul> <p>A formal solicitation is anticipated to be posted as an Amendment to this Posting on or before 17 April 2026.</p> <p><strong>Important:</strong> Any responding party must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission.
