Including but not limited to the following: Roofing repairs and patching to metal roof. Window replacements. Door replacements. Cabinet replacements. Plumbing fixture replacement. Water softener replacements. Mechanical equipment replacement. Replacement panelboards, receptacles, switches cover plates, light fixtures, and smoke alarm systems. Drawings indicate locations of tasks but do not specifically indicate details of construction or incidental work required to accomplish those tasks.
