FL - PELICAN ISLAND NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE (NWR) - BUNKHOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT<br/><br/>DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a construction project for work that requires a complete replacement of the bunkhouse roof with a tin/zinc coated copper double-lock standing seam metal (SSMR) roof at the Pelican Island NWR per the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings.<br/> <br/>Please read the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) and all attachments prior to submitting quote.<br/><br/>Solicitation number 140FC126R0010 is being issued as an RFP.<br/> <br/>This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. <br/> <br/>This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation with an associated NAICS code of 238160 - Roofing Contractors.<br/><br/>This award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements, is determined technically acceptable, and offers the lowest evaluated price. The Government will evaluate quotations for technical acceptability and price.<br/><br/>System for Award Management (SAM) Registration: A prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration <br/><br/>Offerors as the Prime contractor, must submit a copy of their State of Florida, Certified or Registered Construction Contractor or Roofing Contractor License with their proposal to be eligible for this award. See https://www.myfloridalicense.com for more information. <br/><br/>Proposal Submission:<br/><br/>Proposals (including all required documents) must be submitted via e-mail to john_ferrall@fws.gov, no later than May 13, 2026, 5:00 pm EDT. Please indicate the following in the subject line: Proposal Submission-140FC126R0010. <br/><br/>A site-visit is highly recommended and encouraged. Site-visit appointments will be accepted April 21 through April 23, 2026.
