Περιβάλλον της Σύμβασης Στην παρακάτω τεχνική έκθεση αποτυπώνονται οι στρατηγικές επιλογές των εφαρμογών από το marketplace που προτείνονται από τον δικαιούχο Δήμο, οι σχετιζόμενες πράξεις του Δήμου που έχουν υποβληθεί ή/και εγκριθεί για χρηματοδότηση στο πλαίσιο άλλων Προγραμμάτων ανεξαρτήτων χρηματοδοτικών μέσων και οι τεχνικές προδιαγραφές ανά εφαρμογή που προτείνεται από τον Δήμο. Επιπρόσθετα, για τη σύνταξη των τεχνικών και λειτουργικών προδιαγραφών των εφαρμογών έχουν ληφθεί υπόψη οι ελάχιστες λειτουργικές προδιαγραφές εφαρμογών ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού των ΟΤΑ, σύμφωνα με το Παράρτημα Ε της Πρόσκλησης.
