The Government intends to purchase<br /> on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis<br /> NOVA Power Solutions, Inc., for items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition<br /> Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12.</p> <p>Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of<br /> any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov.</p> <p>This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror&#39;s initial offer should represent the vendor&#39;s best<br /> quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.</p> <p>This notice is intent to sole source with NOVA Power Solutions, Inc.<br /> Vendors must be NOVA Power Solutions, Inc. authorized distributor who is the OEM and provide<br /> documentation to be considered.</p> <p>Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.<br /> This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 4:00PM<br /> Eastern Standard Time on 04/15/2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the<br /> Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the<br /> discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining<br /> whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
