<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotations are being requested. The solicitation number is 15F06726R0000057 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror - NAICS 541330 – Engineering Services. This is a total Small Business set-aside with a size standard of $25,500,000.00.</p> <p>Submission of Questions</p> <p>Questions shall be submitted via email – Request for Information (RFI) and sent to the attention of Andre Wilson at alwilson6@fbi.gov , and Logan Swiger at lswiger2@fbi.gov no later than Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:00 am, EDT. Questions sent via other means (i.e., telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not receive responses.</p> <p>Submission of Quotes</p> <p>The RFQ number is 15F06726R0000057 and shall be referenced on all proposals. Proposals and any accompanying information shall be submitted via email to Andre Wilson at alwilson6@fbi.gov and Logan Swiger at lswiger2@fbi.gov no later than Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 5:00PM, EDT. Proposals sent via other means (i.e., telephone call, email, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not receive responses. The government will not reimburse any cost incurred in relation to proposal preparation.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p>
