Delivery:</p> <p>Clearly state your proposed delivery lead time (e.g., "30 days ARO").</p> <p>4. Company Information:</p> <p>Provide your Company's Cage Code (from SAM.gov) for our reference.</p> <p>5. Invoicing and Payment:</p> <p>Invoicing and payment will follow clause 252.232-7006.</p> <p>Payment will be made only after proof of delivery.</p> <p>6. Submission Requirements:</p> <p>Sign Block 30a and Print your Name in Block 30b on the attached solicitation. This is mandatory for your quote to be considered responsive.</p> <p>7. Evaluation Factors:</p> <p>For a complete list of all factors used to evaluate quotes, please refer to clause 52.212-2.</p> <p></p>
