<p><u><strong>**The purpose of this notice is to issue Amendment two.**</strong></u></p> <p></p> <p><u><strong>**The purpose of this notice is to issue Amendment one, and post the Request for Information and answers received.**</strong></u></p> <p></p> <p>The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is&nbsp;soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Multiple Award Indefinite<br /> Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (MAC IDIQ). This is a follow-on&nbsp;requirement to Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC)<br /> N0017821D4403-N0017821D4411 and is to be a Total Small&nbsp;Business Set-Aside.</p> <p>This acquisition will provide facility repairs and renovations in multiple&nbsp;buildings, trailers, and labs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren&nbsp;Division (NSWCDD) Dahlgren, VA, the Naval Observatory, Pumpkin Neck&nbsp;Annex Explosive Experimental location in King George, VA, NSWC facilities at Wallops Island, VA and Naval Observatory, Washington DC.&nbsp;Operation and&nbsp;execution are primarily focused in repairing, upgrading, and nonstructural&nbsp;construction in accordance with and not exceeding Category II of the Naval&nbsp;Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering &amp; Construction&nbsp;Bulletin Issue No. 2006-04. All such support shall be accomplished in strict&nbsp;accordance with all applicable Navy and local instructions, processes, and&nbsp;procedures. Nonstructural construction requirements will be identified in&nbsp;individual Task Orders.</p> <p>The available capacity for this MACC is $42,000,000.00, to be shared amongst all contract holders over a 5-year ordering period.</p> <p>Main Point of contact is Mr. D.
