The information gathered from the market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation.<br /> The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to make a single award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm-fixed prices for Solid Waste Removal Services as prescribed below for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), La Tuna, located in Anthony, TX. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, with four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 562111 &ndash; Solid Waste Collection, (Size Standard of $47 Million). General Information regarding the BOP is located at www.bop.gov.<br /> The contractor shall provide solid waste removal services according to the following schedule:<br /> Tuesday: Pickup of one (1) 34-yard compactor and one (1) 30-yard open-top roll-off dumpster.<br /> Thursday: Pickup of two (2) 30-yard open-top roll-off dumpsters.<br /> Every other Thursday: Pickup of one (1) 34-yard compactor and one (1) 30-yard open-top roll-off dumpster.</p> <p>The contractor will be fully responsible for the disposal of the materials in a lawful and proper manner.<br /> All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
