<p>Offerors,</p> <p>In this announcement is Request for Proposal (RFP) # AOCSSB26R0002 for Senate Food and Related Services for the<br /> United States Senate under the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). Offerors must follow the RFP instructions outlined in Section L to help us evaluate your proposal.</p> <p><strong>Questions regarding the RFP package are requested by Friday, April 24 at 12:00 pm ET.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;Questions must be submitted via Kiteworks.&nbsp;Offerors shall use the first two columns of Attachment J.16 - Questions Template to submit questions.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>A Pre-proposal Conference and Walk-through of Senate facilities will be held Monday, April 27, 2026. </strong>Companies are asked to limit participation to <u><em>no more than two (2) individuals per vendor</em></u>.
