SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE & NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE<br /> This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $19.0 Million.<br /> 3. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING/SITE VISIT<br /> A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit is scheduled for April 2, 2026 9:30 AM at West Entrance Lobby to Wilson Hall . The meeting provides an opportunity to discuss and clarify the RFP. However, nothing said or represented in the meeting shall be deemed to modify RFP requirements unless followed by a written amendment. Offerors are requested to submit questions relative to the RFP in advance of the meeting so the Procurement Specialist may prepare responses. Offerors’ participation at this meeting is strongly recommended.<br /> Except for those already having a Fermilab Access badge, anyone attending the Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit must fill out an Access Request form (see link below) at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date and preferably be a U.S. Citizen. Onsite access approvals are dependent on citizenship status and the location(s) being visited. If the Driver’s License is not Real ID compliant, one of the appropriate REAL<br /> Page 3 of 9<br /> ID documents (https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification) is required.</p>
