<p>The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 15,&nbsp;issues a solicitation for nationwide Hazardous and&nbsp;Non‑Hazardous Waste&nbsp; Removal and Disposal Services&nbsp;in support of all Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy&nbsp;(CMOP) facilities. Services include the collection,&nbsp;packaging, transportation, analysis, treatment, and&nbsp;disposal of hazardous waste, non‑hazardous chemical&nbsp;waste, universal waste (including batteries and lamps),&nbsp;pharmaceutical waste (hazardous and non‑hazardous),&nbsp;lab packs, and biohazardous sharps containers. The&nbsp;contractor shall provide all labor, supervision,&nbsp;equipment, containers, labels, documentation, waste&nbsp;manifests, transportation, and certified disposal facilities&nbsp;in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and&nbsp;local environmental and transportation regulations.&nbsp;Services will be performed at multiple CMOP sites&nbsp;located in KS, MA, AZ, TX, TN, IL, and SC. This&nbsp;requirement will be solicited as a Firm‑Fixed‑Price&nbsp;Indefinite‑Delivery Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract&nbsp;with one base year and four option years. The&nbsp;procurement will be a 100% Service‑Disabled&nbsp;Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set‑aside&nbsp;under NAICS 562112 (Hazardous Waste Collection).&nbsp;Offerors must be certified SDVOSBs at time of offer and&nbsp;award.
