Tender summary
<p>The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified contractors to provide <strong>Elevator Maintenance Services</strong> under a <strong>fixed-price contract</strong>.</p> <p>The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform maintenance at the U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo.</p> <p><strong><em> </em></strong>The contract term will consist on a base year and four (4) one-year option periods from the date of the contract award.</p> <p>All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.</p> <p>All offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. </p> <p> The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: SAM.gov </p>
