Summary
<p>The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement to procure <strong>Helicopter Insurance Services</strong> for eight (8) U.S. Department of State-owned UH-1ST dual-engine helicopters. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with <strong>FAR Part 12.6</strong>, supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; <strong>a separate written solicitation will not be issued</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Solicitation Number:</strong> 19PM0726Q0008 – issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).</p> <p><strong>Requirement Overview:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Vendor shall provide <strong>aviation liability insurance coverage</strong> for the specified helicopters.</li> <li>Coverage will apply within <strong>Panama, North, Central, and South America, including the Caribbean region (excluding Cuba)</strong>.</li> <li>Insurance must comply with the terms outlined in <strong>Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW)</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Submission Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Offerors must submit a completed <strong>FAR 52.212-3 “Offerors Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items”</strong> form. with their offer, even if already registered in SAM.gov</li> <li>A completed and signed <strong>item table</strong> or a detailed, signed offer must accompany the submission.</li> <li>Offerors must be registered in the <strong>System for Award Management (SAM)</strong> at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer, as required by <strong>FAR 4.1102</strong>.</li> <li>All <strong>quotations and questions</strong> regarding this requirement must be sent via email to: <strong>INLPROCPanama@state.gov</strong>.</li> <li>.
