The VA anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract with the equipment, installation, and warranty on the base year and three option years covering Central Pharmacy Dispensing Service Solution Fees and Resident Robotic Expert Service Fees. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333914, Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the requirements may submit a written statement of capabilities. The capability statement must clearly demonstrate that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All costs associated with preparing and submitting a response to this notice are solely the respondent s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Responses received will be reviewed; however, the Government retains sole discretion in determining whether to compete this requirement. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the intended sole source award. Capability statements must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM CST on 30 April 2026.
