<p><strong>This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice <em>(</em></strong>FA462526Q1046<strong><em>).</em></strong></p> <p>The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB is posting this solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ), for purchase of 400hz Pillar Maintenance Service that meets the specifications of the attached PWS (Performance of Work Statement).</p> <p><u>DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:</u></p> <p>Whiteman AFB needs regular preventative and routine maintenance, as well as parts for their 400Hz Pillar Units that are vital to the process of operating and maintaining.</p> <p><u>RESPONSES:</u><br /> Questions are due to <strong>both</strong> the Contracting Officer: James Bohnenstingel, at james.bohnenstingel@us.af.mil <strong>and</strong> the Contract Specialist: Bryan Ramirez Cuadros, at bryan.ramirez_cuadros.1@us.af.mil NLT 10:00 AM CST, Monday, 28 April 2026. Questions received after that time may not be answered.</p> <p>To ensure all questions and responses are received, questions and responses must include the RFQ Number <strong><em>(</em></strong>FA462526Q1046) and title 400hz Pillar Maintenance in the subject line of the email submission and are to be sent via email.</p>
