NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS POSTED. **</strong></p> <p><u><strong>Description of Services: </strong></u>The 76th CMXG request services to furnish and install an Environmental Control Air Handling Unit to be mounted on the floor outside and adjacent to the room. This unit is 54” wide x 31” deep x 74” high. It is a chilled water up flow, 25KW 3-phase, 460v unit that will include chilled water coil, belt drive blower, humidifier, reheat, filters, with controls and monitoring to integrate with Tinker AFB’s network.</p> <ul> <li>It will include a 15KW electric reheat, 1”, 3-way modulating chilled water valve, 1”, temperature/humidity sensor mounted on the unit, bottom return air, MERV 8 filters, 10 lb/hr steam humidifier, floor stand, and condensate probe.</li> <li>Furnish and install overhead ducted system with 6 diffusers</li> <li>Furnish and install low sidewall return</li> <li>Furnish and install one 10’ x 8’ high-speed, fabric, roll up door along 40’ side of room</li> <li>Furnish and install four process vacuum ports – TAFB to provide connection within 25’</li> <li>Furnish and install two central vacuum ports – TAFB to provide connection within 25’</li> <li>Furnish and install four compressed air ports – TAFB to provide connection within 25’</li> <li>Furnish and install one drainless eye wash station</li> <li>Furnish and install BACnet devices and monitoring system to track room temperature,</li> <li>pressure, humidity, and particle count - TAFB to connect data collection equipment to</li> <li>network.</li> <li>Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) to provide 460 v/3-phase power supply within 25’ for: <ul> <li>AHU – 25kw, 3ph, 480 volt</li> <li>Door – 480 volt, 3 ph, 20 amp circuit</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the upgrade to the Small Composite Cleanroom located on TAFB.</p> <p>The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).</p> <p><u><strong>Contemplated Contract Details:</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Firm-fixed price (FFP)</li> <li>100% Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive</li> <li>NAICS – 238220; Size Standard – $19M; FSC/PSC – J041</li> </ul> <p><u><strong>Eligibility for Award:</strong></u></p> <ol> <li>System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Vendors can register electronically at <u><em>https://sam.gov/content/home</em></u>.</li> <li>NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment: In order to be considered for award, if the Offeror is required to implement NIST SP 800–171, the Offeror shall have a current assessment ( i.e., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) (see 252.204–7020) for each covered contractor information system that is relevant to the offer, contract, task order, or delivery order. The Basic, Medium, and High NIST SP 800–171 DoD Assessments are described in the NIST SP 800–171 DoD Assessment Methodology located at <em><u>https://www.acq.osd.mil/asda/dpc/cp/cyber/docs/safeguarding/NIST-SP-800-171-Assessment-Methodology-Version-1.2.1-6.24.2020.pdf</u></em>. In pursuant to DFARS 252.204-7019, the summary level score of 110 is expected.</li> </ol>
