<p>This notice is being published as required by FAR 5.201(b)(1).</p> <p>The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a competitive Firm-Fixed price contract for the following in accordance with Government drawings:</p> <p><strong>P/N 911361/E QNX Software Development Platform, P/N 911362 QNX Software Development Platform License Key, P/N 102085 Standard Support for QNX Software Development.</strong></p> <p>Blackberry Limited is the OEM but does not directly work with the Government. Therefore the contract will be awarded to one of the authorized distributors of the software.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>--Lyme Computers</p> <p>--Shi International</p> <p>--New Tech Solutions &nbsp;</p> <p>-- SAIC</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /> The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 513210.&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The limited number of responsible sources listed above are the only companies that can meet the agency&#39;s need for the QNX Software Development Platform License Key. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.</p> <p></p>
