This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued.<br/><br/>This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 332710. The small business size standard is 500 employees.<br/><br/>This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Fabrication services to produce a 7.5” platform, dual mast enclosure stand (DMES), solar rack, 11” fixed arm, met swing plate, standard bubbler orifice, saddle, Shakespeare light pole double anemometer masthead and a geodetic leveling collar per the supplied drawing sets, including all hardware specified in each drawing set, and fully assemble each item for shipment.<br/><br/>See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. <br/>At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and CAGE Code.<br/>
