<p>This is a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 &ndash; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items &ndash; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective March 13, 2026.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990 &ndash; All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a small business size standard of $19.5 Million.</p> <p></p> <p>This acquisition is being procured as a 100% small business set-aside; all qualified small business concerns capable of providing the required services are eligible.</p> <p></p> <p>FAR Part 12 and acquisition procedures will be utilized.</p> <p></p> <p>The Government intends to award one or more Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) to provide Technology Evaluations Support Services for the Technology Test and Evaluation Division (TTED) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).</p> <p></p> <p>The maximum cumulative amount of all orders placed under the awarded IDIQ contract shall be $7,400,000.00.</p> <p></p> <p>See attached SF1449 and its attachments for pertinent details of this solicitation.&nbsp; Please note that this is a draft solicitation and the final solicitation is expected to be issued on or around April 23, 2026.</p>
