<p><strong><u>Description</u></strong><strong> - </strong></p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. </p> <p>Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0356 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Nursery Services</p> <p>This acquisition is <strong>not </strong>set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 111150 All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. </p> <p><strong>See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” </strong><strong>for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. </strong></p> <p></p> <p>In order to be considered for award <strong>OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT <u>ALL </u>OF THE FOLLOWING</strong>:</p> <ol> <li>Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation on Attachment 3- SF 1449, valid for at least 30 days after receipt of quote.</li> <li>Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. </li> <li>Past Performance References- Please see Attachment 5- Past Performance document for what is required.</li> <li>Submit Capability Statement- Assurance of experience, capability and qualifications which clearly demonstrate and support the contractor’s claim are essential.</li> </ol> <p></p> <p>REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit all items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.</p> <p>DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Quotes are due on 4/17/2026 at 9:00 AM PT</strong> by email to Elizabeth Calhoun at Elizabeth.Calhoun@usda.gov.
