<p><strong>NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE </strong></p> <p><strong>Solicitation Number:&nbsp; 15M10226QA4700084</strong></p> <p>The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract FY26-30 MSD- HQ Emergency BLDG. Repair to FOURTH CRYSTAL PARK ASSOCIATES LP.&nbsp;</p> <p>The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. The total estimated value is less than $350,000 for the duration of the contract and for the emergency repairs to the GSA leased building.</p> <p>This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement.&nbsp; This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement.</p> <p>The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
