Ft. (ABOA): 7,372</p> <p>Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,740</p> <p>Space Type: Office and related space</p> <p>Parking Spaces (Total): 21 reserved onsite secured spaces</p> <p>Full Term: 15</p> <p>Firm Term: 10</p> <p>Option Term: N/A</p> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <p>1. Contiguous space on one floor is required.</p> <p>2. Twenty-One (21) onsite, secured parking spaces.</p> <p> a. Secured Structured Parking is defined as partially or fully enclosed parking area that resides within a building or as a standalone parking structure. The garage must be access-controlled, and parking spaces must be marked as “reserved”.</p> <p> b. Secured Surface Parking outside of a proposed building may be considered. The parking must be access-controlled and at a minimum, a fence may be required.</p> <p> c. Offered building/properties are subject to a risk/vulnerability assessment. The outcome of the assessment may result in the building not being considered</p> <p>3. Offered Building entrances/exits cannot be located</p> <p>within 1000 walkable feet of certain locations, which include but are not limited to</p> <p> a. A drug-free zone</p> <p> b. Schools</p> <p>4. Cannot be collocated with the following entities</p> <p> a. Agencies providing probation and/or parole services</p> <p> b. Agencies providing drug abuse</p> <p>counseling/rehabilitation programs</p> <p> c. Agencies providing social services</p> <p> d. Residential units</p> <p>5. Offered buildings/properties are subject to a</p> <p>risk/vulnerability assessment. The outcome of the assessment may result in the building not being considered.</p> <p></p> <p>Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
